We will be attending Oceanology International 2012 – the global forum where industry, academia and government share knowledge and connect with the marine technology and ocean science community. Held at London ExCel from 13 to 15 March, this free-to-attend conference will feature six one-day conferences on the key technology areas, which includes new sessions in key industry sectors – Offshore Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewable Energy and Maritime Security. Over 550 exhibitors from 30 different countries will be showcasing state-of-the-art services and technology. A particular highlight is the Visiting Vessels and Demonstrations Programme, located at the ExCel dockside. Several smaller 8-10m survey boats are used for dynamic underway equipment demonstrations, based on a round trip of the Royal Victoria Dock. A Networking Reception and Careers Day are also planned.
