Contracted by Ocean Infinity AB to provide a Senior Data Processor for the Energia South Irish Sea – Preliminary Site Investigation survey. A Bathymetric, Geophysical and 2D UHRS survey is to be conducted at the proposed Wind Farm Array site off the coast of Wicklow and Wexford. The large site (418.63km2) extends across water depths ranging from 24m to 90m.
The MV Northern Maria is to perform the geophysical survey, collecting hull-mounted MBES bathymetry, parametric sub-bottom profiler, side scan sonar, single magnetometer and medium penetration 2D ultra-high resolution multichannel seismic data.
